Stress. What stress? Often we are able to get so stressed out that we dont even see it ourselves. It becomes part of the daily grind; and who has got time for it anyhowyouve got things to do, right? This can be true but if you do not mange your stress effectively it will begin to control you. Major sources of stress are linked to work activities.
